How to pick-up an item?

Answer

If the item is located at our office you can pick up the item between 8am-4pm. Please bring your ID and Receipt number.

If item is located off-site please contact the number on your invoice to schedule a pick-up.

If you are having a third party pick up your item please login to your account online, hit my purchase, find the correct item, sign and pay for your item. Then Confirm pickup. This is where you can authorize someone else input their information, save, check the box and hit confirm pickup, then close. Your third party will need to have their ID when they pick up your item.
