Frequently Asked Questions

Question

What is an auction with a reserve price?

Answer

When an auction has a reserve price, it is the minimum price the seller is willing to accept. Typically the reserve price is not displayed to the bidder. If the reserve price is not met the seller is not obligated to sell the item at the high bid price.
